Length of inspections:

• Small homes usually take between 2 and 3.5 hours
• Medium-sized homes usually take between 3 and 4.5 hours
• Large homes can take 3.5 to 6 hours depending on the size
• I encourage the home buyer to follow me around the home during the inspection and ask as many questions as they need to. I want you to be well informed on the condition of the home that you are purchasing, as well as how to find main shut off valves for emergencies
